Job Description
Organize and co-ordinate planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities
Maintain farm machinery, equipment and buildings
Manage overall operation of farm
Purchase machinery, seed, feed and other supplies
Establish marketing programs
Determine the amount and kinds of crops to be grown
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers
Perform general farm duties
