Job Description:
– Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and point of sale cashiers
– Assign duties to the sales staff, maintain scheduling, ensure store is operating during retail hours
– Authorize payments via cheque and the return of merchandise
– Sell, service, and promote products to customers
– Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-Maintain specified inventory and order hardware and merchandising gear
– Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
– Arrange for the training of new sales staff.
