Benefits Information:
Overtime: $24.00 - $ 26.25 per hour will be paid any work done after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs a week
Vacation Pay : 4% of gross
Job Duties:
•Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
•Set up workstation with all needed ingredient and cooking equipment.
•Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
•Cook complete various foods according to our recipe.
•Check food while cooking to stir or turn.
•Check quality of ingredients.
•Order or receive food supplies after selecting best qualities.
•Ensure all food meet food safe and quality standard.
•Work with specialized equipment such as deep-fryer, oven, and grill etc.
•Clean kitchen and work area.
•Schedule and train staff in cooking, preparation, and handling food
