Job Description
Job duties:
1. Register arriving guests and assign rooms
2. Process group arrivals and departures
3. Take, cancel and change room reservations
4. Provide information on hotel facilities and services
5. Provide general information about points of interest in the area
6. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
7. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
8. Follow emergency and safety procedures
9. Provide customer service, Assist clients/guests with special needs
