The position of Health Care Researcher will involve research in the domains of Dyslexia/ADHD/Autism Spectrum Conditions. Understanding various therapy options and their efficacy, Govt. policies will be researched to advance the development of our digital healthcare platform providing cloud-based cognitive therapy solutions.

Terms of Employment: This is a permanent position, 35 hours per week.

Job Description
Job duties:
• Assist in developing projects and programs aligned to government health policy by reviewing relevant literature, conducting interviews, collecting and analyzing statistical data, and providing advice to senior managers and officials on issues such as health promotion, regulation, standards, and financing for people with Autism.
• Design and implement health projects or programs related to the delivery of our digital healthcare solution to Govt. and NGOs, therapists, and directly to families.
• Maintain, update and manage health information databases for all stakeholders involved including families and therapists in the Dyslexia, LD, and Autism Management.
• Compile and analyze statistical information provided by private and public health care institutions and organizations and produce reports related to Dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism
• Monitor and evaluate health care programs operated by government departments and agencies or private organizations related to Digital Healthcare
• Assess compliance with health standards and identify remedial action if necessary. Coordinate with the product development team to include changes in our digital therapy platform.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments of health projects and programs related to Dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism
• Provide consult to senior managers to develop new corporate policies and programs related to Digital Healthcare for Neurodiverse Population
• Respond to internal and external program and policy information requests
• Produce newsletters, and white papers to provide information to associations working in the Dyslexia, ADHD, and Autism Space and the general public
• Present the views of Orange Neurosciences through participation in conferences and Govt. Missions to politicians, government officials, the media, or the general public.

Skill Requirements
• Several years (3 or more) of demonstrated experience working with children and families with special needs
• Demonstrated understanding of Dyslexia/ADHD/Autism Spectrum Conditions
• Solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize work in an efficient and organized manner
• Highly developed analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving skills
• Client focused and can work efficiently within a team with effective interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Indian patients or who are part of the Indian diaspora is considered to be an asset
• Excellent written and spoken English

Educational Requirements
• A bachelor's degree in psychology or a closely related degree is required.
• A graduate degree in health, social science, or an administrative discipline is preferred.
• Several years (3 or more) of demonstrated experience working with children and families with special needs
