Evripos is looking for an experience Site Supervisor wanting to make that next leap to Area Management or an Area Manager with significant experience looking for an opportunity! This role will be looking after many sub-contractors, large square foot building rosters, and speaking with customers on a regular daily basis. This position will be GTA based, and knowledge of the GTA area is required.

Must have management, Janitorial, and Building Maintenance experience. The candidate will require strong customer service skills, strong organizational skills, time management and be looking for a long-term situation where relationships can be fully developed.
Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for carrying out and managing all the management related functions of area contracts
• Provide quality services to clients by ensuring that they are completely satisfied with the services provided
• Develop new business segments and oversee implementation of operations in newly acquired contracts
• Help develop training requirements, schedule shifts, recruit as required, and create a positive atmosphere and environment for the employees
• Gives instructions to Supervisors and assists them in developing and planning a workflow schedules for all employees
• Develop and deliver in-house training for the employees regarding the company's policies and procedures
• Supervise the overall functioning of the Toronto Operational requirements
• Propose, as well as negotiate service contracts as required, experience with sub-contractors is a must
• Design strategies and ensure that all day to day services have been controlled and that all the clients' needs have been tackled successfully
• Be actively involved in the hiring and training of the new employees and to schedule the training sessions accordingly
• Takes feedback from the customers and reports it to the on-site manager or supervisor and provides details regarding whether the client’s expectations have been met or not.
• Motivates the staff members to deliver excellent services to the clients
• Assist the Chief Security Officer in requesting, maintaining and managing all security clearances
• Must be fully capable of working with software suite’s such as Microsoft Office, Quality Assurance Software, and Payroll entry (as required), to create reports and updates for all aspects of the required operations
