Permanent, full-time; 30-40 hours per week; $29.57 per hour.

Job Description
Duties:
- Diagnosis and repair of broken or faulty devices (specifically Blackberry, iPhone and Samsung);
- Analyze test results for troubleshooting the hardware/software of device and identify the technical problems;
- Maintain and use tools and equipment properly, including software and in-store systems and inventory;
- Replace products as per company's guidelines if not repairable;
- Maintain productivity standards of quality service and customer satisfaction;
- Manage the day-to-day schedule for service and sales-centered tasks;
- Maintain our company's website;
- Micro soldering and component level repairs.
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required;
- University degree in a related field preferred;
- Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a cell phone technician is required;
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience is an asset;
- Managerial/Supervisor experience in a cell phone repair store and soldering components on cell phone motherboards are assets;
- Experience working with OCA Lasering and Laminating Machines;
- Experience with website maintenance using WordPress and SEO;
- English language ability is required.
