Job Description
Job Duties:
Supervising, planning and prioritizing work as it is released into finishing in coordination with other departments.
Assigning tasks to work cells in priority sequence to complete jobs on time and maintain quality standards.
Training staff in job duties, company policy, safety procedures and following up on established work procedures to maintain work throughput and quality standards.
Dealing with personnel issues in resolving conflict, time off, sick leave, schedule and recommend hirings and promotions.
Recommend woods, colors, finishes, and furniture styles to clients, using knowledge of wood products, fashions, and styles.
Requisition supplies and materials and prepare productions and other reports.
