Job Duties:

-Supervise & coordinate activities of food counter attendants, bakers and other workers at restaurant.
-Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants, etc. and set work procedures.
-Estimate & order restaurant supplies; breads, bagels, tim bits, vegetables, sauces, soups etc and maintain adequate level of inventory.
-Provide training to staff in their job duties when required.
-Ensure acceptable food quality and service levels.
-May assist in hiring & training staff.
-Maintain records of stock, expenses, repairs, sales, and wastage.
-Oversee and respond to customer concerns and resolve employee concerns.
Job Requirements/Skills:

-Completion of high school is required
-Knowledge of English language is required
-Minimum of two years of work experience required in a similar field.
-Must be prepared to work under pressure
