Kitanoya Guu Gastown is seeking a Cook for their Gastown location.
Permanent, full-time; $15.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week. Plus bonus depending on performance.
Standard 6-8 hour shift could be schedule anytime between 10am and 1am as required.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients;
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese food items (everything on the menu);
- Supervise kitchen staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience as a commercial cook;
- Japanese language ability is an asset;
- English language ability is required.
