Bestway Tire specializes in all kinds of car repair and services. We need one (1) Retail Store Supervisor for Automotive and Tire Shop who can start immediately. We are in Edmonton, Alberta.

Wages:

$20.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

Permanent; Full Time,

Job duties:

·        Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales and service staff

·        Scheduling different tasks for sales and service staff and assigning staff to different tasks

·        Provide training to sales staff about different brands of products like tires, shocks, struts and batteries and services being offered to the customers

·        Supervise the sales of merchandise to customers and guide the sales staff through the sales process

·        Resolving the customer complaints about sold products, inspecting and accepting the return of defective rites or other products in consultation with management, Negotiating and arranging a settlement with customers

·        Maintaining the inventory to optimum levels, placing orders to purchase the merchandise

·        Reporting the management about net sales of the store and preparing weekly product specific sales reports

·        Training new sales staff, making the staff aware of existing sales processes, motivating them from time to time to enhance their performance levels.
