We are looking for an Office administrative assistant that will provide day-to-day administrative support to our company.
Skills

Provide day-to-day administrative
support to the office staff
·
Conduct various administrative
functions as required including the review of incoming mail and answering
telephone calls and emails
·
Schedule and confirm appointments
·
Oversee and co-ordinate office
administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
·
Set up and maintain current company
filling system for hard and soft copy
·
Follow up on documentation with
clients or bank office as required
·
Assist with new accounts opening
procedures
·
Establish work priorities, delegate
work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are
followed
·
Co-ordinate and plan for office
services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms,
disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
·
Assist in preparation of operating
budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
·
Handle data-entry and updates for
internal database
·
Assemble data and prepare periodic
and special reports, manuals and correspondence
