o Document
financial transactions by entering account information, and, keeping record of
fees and payments;
o Maintains
accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures;
o Prepares
financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
and trends;
o Guides
accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions;
o Reconciling
the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers;
o Inspect
account books and accounting systems to keep up to date;
o Organize
and maintain point of sales and cash register and equipments;
Verify the cash and credit card entry with the banking statement, and monitor the cash flow statement
