Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail

Specific Skills:

 Open and close the store and tills

·         Performing duties such as placing and removing signage

·         Maintain cleanliness of the store

·         Co-ordinate and communicate price changes and store promotions to cashiers and floor staff.

·         Train new floor staff and cashiers and arrange for training

·         Assign duties to staff

·         Sell merchandise

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff

·         Authorize return of merchandise

·         Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages,

·         Organize and maintain inventory
