Punjab Chaat House offers East Indian Cuisine and an exclusive shop for Chaat pappri lovers. We need one (1)) Food Service Supervisor who can start as soon as possible. We are in Edmonton, Alberta.

Wage:

$16.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week

Terms of Employment:

Permanent; Full-Time

Experience:

1 to 2 years experience in food related industry

Job Duties:

• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Establish work schedules
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
