Job duties:

·         Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products.

·         Operate woodworking machines and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components.

·         Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws or other fasteners.

·         Mark outlines or dimensions of parts on wood.

·         Prepare specifications/drawings and construct drawer system cabinets, kitchen cabinets, Door panels, and other wooden articles.

Job requirements

·         Completion of secondary school is required.

·         Basic knowledge of English language is required.

·         Must have at least two years of previous woodwork finishing experience in a similar field.

·         Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
