Hi-Fi Centre is looking for a Sales Manager for their Vancouver location.

Full time, permanent, 40 hours/week.� Salary: �$28.85/hour or 25% commission on gross profit from sales, whichever is higher.

Duties:

Develop and implement sales strategies;
Train and mentor sales staff;
Liaise with with vendors on new product information, new technologies and market trends;
Maintain an appropriate level of inventory;
Develop in-store events to introduce new products and technologies to customers;
Resolve customer and internal issues;
Report directly to ownership on company sales performance and recommend adjustments as needed;
Develop and implement marketing ideas.
