Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Supervise store daily operations;
- Train new staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures;
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies;
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns;
- Perform the duties of employees supervised which includes but not limit to making drinks, tea, toppings and taking orders.

Supervision:
11-15 people
Food and beverage servers
Kitchen and food service helpers
