Position (nos 1): Material Control Coordinator: 13201 noc

Job duties:
• Plan and organize inventory movements based on the department requests
• Record the transactions in the ERP system in a timely manner and assigning the user and
project/production the parts are used for
• Prepare and distribute the inventory/materials based on the purchasing documents and
shipping documents.
• Record and submit/upload the Goods Receipt Notes and packing slip in the ERP system
• Manage the warehouse/inventory of materials and supplies, label them and assign them with
bins/racks if necessary, for smooth allocation of the parts and materials.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to the production floor as well as ad-hac requests
from the production team; ensure the transactions are recorded in the system.
• Kit parts as per Bill of Materials and Shipping documents prior to the delivery.
• Work with the Quality/Engineering team to make sure incoming parts complete a technical
inspection.
• Monitor and trigger the inventory reorder that falls under minimum stock level or under Kanban
level.
• Report any discrepancy in inventory and conduct regular stock checks
• Achieve certification in material movement devices as needed
• Prepare outgoing shipments as directed by your supervisor or manager
• Assist in other related inventory movements as needed by your supervisor or manager
• Always adhere to established safe working procedures and wear required safety equipment.
• Physical inventory count on weekly basis for high-valued items (15-20 items) based on inventory
report received from the finance department and update the results of the inventory count to your
supervisor or finance.
