Position: Cook

Wage: $17.00 to $18.00 Hourly for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu
• Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods
• Maintain accurate food inventories
• Perform operating procedures
• Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and restaurant policy
• Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
• Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
