Job Details
TSUJIRI Dundas is Japanese matcha infused cafe restaurant. We are currently looking for a permanent and full-time baker/pâtissier.

Education, skills and experience required:
• Completion of high school
• Some experience as a baker /
• Completion of a three- or four-year apprenticeship program for bakers; OR
Completion of a college or other program for bakers; OR
Some experience as a baker / pâtissier
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Language:
- Communication skills in English

Compensation:
$15.60 - $19.00 / hour (negotiable based on experience / qualifications) + tips; staff meals, staff discounts and bonuses as benefits; 4% vacation pay

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare dough and batters for sweets according to recipes
• Operate mixing and baking machinery
• Bake mixed dough and batters
• Frost and decorate baked goods
• Ensure quality of products established standards
• Assist the store operation such as ingredients preparation and making beverage and food items.
• Pastry kitchen semi-monthly deep cleaning
