Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare and cook food of the Cafe and ensure quality control
- Help to create and design menus
- Oversee and organize the kitchen staff
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
- Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
- Compliance with health and safety standards
