Job Description
Job duties:
- Prepare and cook food of the restaurant on the regular menu
- Order and receive ingredients such as raw materials and dry goods
- Record and maintain accurate inventories of food, supplies and equipment
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas as determined by law and company policy
- Maintain utensils in safe and appropriate working condition as well as ensure that all utensils are clean before each use
- Adhere to safety procedures and follow sanitation guidelines
