Job Description
Job duties:
- Lead and direct the team to ensure the smooth operation of hotel functions and customer services in the night shift
- Supervise the record of checking guests in and out, taking reservations, and dealing with all telephone enquiries
- Handle the booking and reservation duties and resolves issues if there are any complaints, especially about the quality of services delivered by the staff members
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service
- Ensure optimal operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
